Type Factory
-
The brief was to create a logo and an identity for a typographical museum called Type Factory.

My concept is based on the old type case which is used to hold hundreds of typefaces in letterpress workshops. The idea is that a type case is a drawer that consists of loads of different sized compartments with so many different typefaces and glyphs in so many different weights and sizes. Exactly what a type museum would consist of, a huge range of different typography from the history of type.
